Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM to 3:00PM, Fridays from 7:30AM to 12:00PM. To schedule a session, please visit the contact tab.

Scheduling

To schedule your Medically-Guided Yoga session, please submit the Contact form with your preferred dates and times. Your message will be returned within one business day.

Payment

We offer a single session rate, as well as special pricing for 5- and 10- session packages. Pricing available upon request.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept Cash, Personal Check, and all major credit cards (Credit cards subject to 2.75% processing fee). Checks made payable to Nicole Saal.

Please note, we are not currently set up to accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a detailed receipt for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we uphold a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Full charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
